If you're signed into Yahoo!, click the Take Action tab, and you will see a summary of your Green Plan.

Click "View My Full Results" at the bottom of the summary. On the My Results page, you can add or remove actions from your plan. Click "Edit This Plan" when you're finished updating your plan.
