Yahoo! Sports has changed this year's Fantasy Golf game to include all of the January FedEx Cup tournaments. Therefore, this weekly game will begin with the Mercedes-Benz Championship on Thursday, January 4 and will run through the end of The Tour Championship on Sunday, September 16.

In addition, the season is broken down into two halves. The first half begins with the Mercedes-Benz Championship (January 4-7) and ends with the Players Championship (May 10-13). The second half starts with the BellSouth Classic (May 17-20) and runs through The Tour Championship (September 13-16).

All groups have a score column for each half of the season, as well as a third that shows the overall score earned by your team.

You can join the game anytime between Monday, December 4 and Wednesday, September 12.

The game is comprised of weekly contests that begin on Monday and conclude on Sunday, unless a Monday playoff is required to decide a real-life tournament winner.

The deadline to add players to your roster for the upcoming tournament is Thursday at 2:00 a.m. PT.

If you don't make any changes by this deadline, your team remains the same for the next tournament.

You can create a new team when the current week's tournament has begun, but you don't receive fantasy points for any rounds already completed or underway.

The option to create a team while a tournament is in progress is available only on the day you sign up for the game. Otherwise, your participation doesn't begin until the next tournament.
