To access the general settings for Yahoo! Go 3.0, press * on the keypad, scroll to Home and choose Options > Settings. Choose Y! Go Settings.
Examine the setting in the Start with: button, and choose it if you want Yahoo! Go 3.0 to start with another Widget.
Examine the setting in the Update Interval button, and choose it if you want Yahoo! Go 3.0 to refresh all the information in the carousel at another frequency or not at all. The initial setting is for a refresh every 30 minutes.
Initially, the Night time optimization is set to On. This setting stops Yahoo! Go 3.0 from connecting to Yahoo! between 10 PM and 6 AM, and it can reduce cost. Choose the button and select Yes to limit connections or No to remove the limitation completely. Choose Save to finish.
Choose Location: and either choose from your Yahoo! locations or enter a location name, choose OK, and select the location.
Examine the setting in the Temperature/distance: button and choose it as needed to select another unit. Choose Save to finish.
Choose Reset total counter now to change the total to 0.0 MB. This reset might be useful if you need to track data costs over time.
