You can check the total page views for a page by clicking the Site Statistics link on the Home tab of your Web Hosting Control Panel, then browsing your site directories until you find your page. Your total page views for that page are listed in the Counter column. To check the page views for a particular time period, click the Page Views link.

If you're sure you recorded page views for a particular page (file.html, for example), but that number has changed to zero in the Counter column or Page Views report for that page, chances are that your statistics have been reset.

Why Your Statistics Might Be Reset
To provide the best service for all of our customers, we remove the stored statistics for any page that has not been visited in the last 90 days. If your page does not receive any traffic for 90 days, your statistics for that page will be changed to 0.
