If you're site statistics aren't working, try these troubleshooting tips:

• If you're a GeoCities Pro member, please first make sure you have enabled Site Statistics.
• Verify your file type. Site statistics can track data only on HTML pages (pages whose file names end in .html or .htm). Pages created with PHP (pages whose file names end in .php) cannot generate site statistics. Learn more.
• Remove JavaScript from your pages. Custom JavaScript in your pages could conflict with the JavaScript we add to enable Site Statistics.
• Check your page for frames. Because pages created with frames may not reload as your visitors navigate through your site, Site Statistics may not accurately compile data on these pages.

Please note that pages you created recently may not yet have generated any site statistics. Gathering useful statistics can take days or weeks, depending upon how frequently your pages are visited.
