To open the HTML Editor, choose the corresponding link in the Create & Update or Index tabs of your GeoCities Control Panel. Alternately, if you're a GeoCities Free user, select "HTML Editor" from the pull-down menu at the top of the File Manager, and then click the "New" button (for GeoCities Plus users, click the "HTML" link at the top of the File Manager).
