To approve submissions to your guestbook:

1. Go to the Create & Update tab of your GeoCities Control Panel and click the "Add-Ons" link.
2. Under "Visitor Feedback Tools," choose "Guestbook."
3. You'll see a column called "Guestbook Manager" on the left side of the page. Click the "Approve Submissions" link.
4. Select "Post" to add this entry to your guestbook. Choose "Delete" to remove this entry from your guestbook.
5. When you're finished reviewing your guestbook submissions, choose "Finished."
6. You'll arrive on a confirmation page where you can review the current posts to your guestbook by selecting "Current Posts."

Note: If you don't see the "Approve Submissions" link, you did not select the reviewing option when you set up your guestbook. To select the option that allows you to review guestbook entries before they are posted, return to the main Guestbook page and click the "Guestbook Setup" link. In step 8, select the "Review entries before posting" box, then click the "Finished" button to save your changes.
