You can assign and unassign FrontPage publishing privileges for an author anytime. If you'd like to review and manage all authors granted access to a particular subweb, you can start from the FrontPage console's Manage Site area. To modify publishing privileges by author, begin in the Manage Authors area.

To manage authors by subweb:

1. Click the "FrontPage" link on the Create & Update tab of your GeoCities Control Panel.

2. Click the "Manage Site" link.

3. Locate the subweb whose authors you would like to manage and click the corresponding "Manage authors" link.

4. You'll see your complete list of available authors and their privileges in this subweb. To change an author's access, click the corresponding "Assigned" or "Unassigned" radio button.

5. To save your changes, click "Update."

To manage authors by author:

1. Click the "FrontPage" link on the Create & Update tab of your GeoCities Control Panel.

2. Click the "Manage Authors" link.

3. Locate the author whose publishing privileges you would like to manage and click the corresponding "Manage privileges" link.

4. You'll see your complete list of subwebs along with this author's access in each. To change the author's publishing privileges in any subweb, click the corresponding "Assigned" or "Unassigned" radio button.

5. To save your changes, click "Update."

Please note that an author has publishing privileges only in those directories to which he has explicitly been assigned. Granting an author publishing privileges in one directory does not automatically give him access to other subwebs contained in that directory.
