How does the scoring work?

Both Head-to-Head and Points Leagues use the same basic scoring system. Fantasy points are awarded based on how well your players perform in each of several statistical categories. All real-life statistics have associated point values, and each player's points are summed to produce your weekly total.

So, if in your league, a touchdown is worth 6 points, a fumble recovery 2, and a tackle 1 point, then a player with 2 touchdowns, 1 fumble recovery, and 10 tackles would score 24 [(2*6) + (1*2) + (10*1)] fantasy points.

All Public Leagues are Head-to-Head and use the same default configurations. Custom Leagues can use the Head-to-Head or Points configuration, and are totally customizable.

All active players earn fantasy points for all of your league's categories (you do not receive points for players on your bench). Points coming from categories not normally associated with a player's position (e.g., a kicker who throws a touchdown pass) are called miscellaneous points and are indicated by an asterisk (*) to the right of a player's point total.
