By participating in Fantasy Football PLUS, you agree that Yahoo! Sports serves as the final decision making authority on all issues, including—but not limited to—protested player trades, reports of collusion between managers, allegations of cheating, and any action that might violate the game rules, guidelines, or applicable Terms of Service.

Please note, however, that Custom Leagues are under the control of the league commissioner and might be exempt from Yahoo! intervention depending on league settings.

You also agree that all decisions are final, irreversible, and made at Yahoo! Sports sole discretion. Yahoo! Sports retains the right to make changes to the game and rules as necessary, investigate claims of impropriety, and otherwise administer the game.

Any user that appears to have been involved in cheating, collusion, or a violation of the rules or TOS might be deemed ineligible for a prize, removed from the game, and have their Yahoo! ID and account deactivated.
