By joining a Custom League, you give the commissioner of the league permission to edit your roster for the current week and any completed week.

Similarly, the commissioner of a Custom League can change the fantasy point total associated with any fantasy team for any completed week on the schedule.

These authorities are necessary to allow the commissioner to implement any offline roster or scoring rules not supported by the Yahoo! system. While we hope that all commissioners administer to their leagues in good faith, Yahoo! won't become involved in disputes between commissioners and managers.

As a commissioner, you can edit another team's roster by going to your Commissioner Tools page and choosing the "Edit Rosters" option. When there, select the team you want to alter and the type of transaction from the pull-down menus. You're then presented with options that allow you to make the desired moves.

Since you can only control one team at a time, you have to return to this page and follow the same procedure each time you want to control another team.
