All Custom League Commissioners have a suite of tools to configure various parts of the game:

| Change League Name and Password (All season) | Change the name and/or password for your league. |
| Edit League Settings (Variable) | Edit the configurations you chose during registration. The commissioner tools page lists the deadline for each action. |
| Edit Stat Categories (Until Scoring Begins) | Edit the stat categories you have selected for your league. |
| Edit Roster Positions (Until Scoring Begins) | Add or remove starting roster positions from league rosters. |
| Edit Stat Modifiers (All Season) | Change the point value associated with any scoring category in your league. |
| Delete Manager (Pre-draft) | Remove any team from your league. |
| Invite Friends (Pre-draft) | Easily invite friends to join your league. |
| Edit Draft Order (Pre-draft) | Set any draft order you wish. |
| Change Draft Type (Pre-draft) | Change the type of draft your league uses. |
| Change Draft Status (Pre-draft) | Tell us that your league is ready for its draft. |
| Change Draft Time (Pre-draft) | Change the time of your league's draft. |
| Submit Draft Results (Pre-draft) | Submit the results of your league's offline draft. |
| Keeper Player Status (Until League starts) | Set rules about when to indicate that a player is considered a Keeper Player. |
| Edit Draft Order & Assign Keeper Players (Pre-Draft Only) | Set the draft position for each team in your league. Assign keeper league players for any team, in any round of the draft. Available until league is set to Ready to Draft. |
Please Note: In Custom leagues, the league commissioner is responsible for all league activities and is the only one who can resolve any disputes.
