When does the waiver priority list change?

It's important to remember that the waiver priority list changes only when a team adds a player via waivers.

Since a free agent has already cleared waivers, a team signing a free agent does not forfeit its current position on the priority list.

The "From" column on your league's transaction history page lists each player acquisition as either "Waivers" or "Free Agents." If a player is added from the free agents list, the move does not result in a change to the priority list.

Please note that the ranking of teams in the league standings has no bearing on the waiver priority list.

The waiver list begins as the inverse of your draft order. Each time a player is added via WAIVERS, the team that adds the player is moved to the bottom of the waiver priority list.

This rolling list remains in effect for the remainder of the season, including the fantasy playoffs in a Head-to-Head league.
