Draft order for Public Leagues is determined randomly approximately 30 to 60 minutes prior to the beginning of the draft.

Commissioners of Custom Leagues can specify the order of the draft in their league by:

• Clicking the "Commissioner Tools" link on the league home page.

OR

• Choosing the "Edit Draft Order" tool.

If a Custom League Commissioner has customized the draft order, the order reverts to the default draft order if a team enters or exits the league.

The draft order in Custom Leagues cannot be randomized by the commissioner. If no customization is done, Yahoo! Sports randomizes the draft order 30 to 60 minutes prior to the draft.

For either type of league, the draft order wraps around (i.e., if you have the first pick in the first round, you have the last pick in the second round, first pick in the third round, and so on). You can click the "Draft Results" link from your league home page to view the draft order of your league.
