By joining a Custom League, you give the commissioner of the league permission to edit your roster for the current week and any completed week.

The commissioner can also lock any team in the league from performing league-related actions (trading, add/drop, posting, etc.) at any time and without notification or warning.

These authorities are necessary in order to allow the commissioner to implement any offline roster or scoring rules not supported by the Yahoo! system. While we hope that all commissioners administer to their leagues in good faith, Yahoo! will not become involved in disputes between commissioners and managers.

As a commissioner, you can edit another team's roster by going to your Commissioner Tools page and choosing the "Edit Rosters" option. When there, select the team you want to alter and the type of transaction from the pull-down menus. You're then given options that allow you to make the desired moves.

Since you can only control one team at a time, you must return to this page and follow the same procedure each time you want to control another team.
