The rating a recipe receives is determined by the average rating it gets from everyone who has rated it. Ratings are based on a 1 to 5 star scale:

• 5 stars = Loved it
• 4 stars = Liked it
• 3 stars = Just OK
• 2 stars = Needs help
• 1 star = Hated it
• 0 stars = No rating submitted
