Corporate Financials

Links to the Corporate Financials feature are on the main Yahoo! Finance page and in the left navigation links listed on our Quotes & Info pages.

Numerical data from quarterly and annual filings are separated into three different tables:

  • Balance Sheet: A summary of the assets, liabilities, and owners' equity.
  • Income Statement: Accounts for the revenues, expenses, and income (the difference between revenues and expenses) of a corporation over a specified period of time.
  • Cash Flow: Shows how the company is paying for its operations and future growth by detailing the "flow" of cash between the company and the outside world.

The tables displayed comprise the most recent data available. To access older quarterly and annual filings, scroll to the bottom of the page where you can find links to older tables still in our archive.

Definitions of the various terms used in the financial statements can be found in the Financial Glossary.
