SEC Filings

Electronic Data Gathering Analysis and Retrieval (EDGAR), the SEC database of required corporate filings, enables its users to get today's up-to-the-second corporate information directly from the primary source—the filing company itself. All U.S. companies are now filing electronically. Since May of 1996, the SEC no longer accepts any paper filings of most of its forms. Thus, the EDGAR database is the definitive repository of U.S. corporate information.

EDGAR Online, a financial information service of Cybernet Data Systems Inc, reformats and distills Quarterly Reports (10-Qs) and Annual Reports (10-K) into "Glimpses," or easy-to-read summaries for Yahoo! Finance users. Additional information and complete filings are available directly from EDGAR Online.
