Mutual funds report their new values to the Nasdaq only once daily, around 6 p.m. Eastern time. Mutual fundth quotes report the previous day's value and date until that time.

Charts: One-day and five-day charts are updated continuously (on a delayed basis) during market hours. Three-month and one-year charts are updated nightly. Two-year, five-year, and max charts are updated on a weekly basis (Friday after market close).

Upgrades and Downgrades are updated three times daily on days on which U.S. stock markets are open: at the market open (9:30 a.m. Eastern), midday (12 p.m. Eastern), and at the market close (4 p.m. Eastern).

Company Profiles: Yahoo! receives updates from Market Guide on a daily basis, usually in the late evening (1 a.m. Eastern or so). Financial ratios and statistics are recalculated at this time based upon the day's market closing information. • Items updated daily: Prices, yearly high and low, common shares outstanding, dividend rate changes.
• Items updated when announced: Preliminary(flash) earnings announcements, officer changes, and corporate action items (stock splits, exchange changes, etc.).
• Items updated quarterly: Quarterly detailed financial statements, shares held in "public" hands (the float), company address and phone numbers.
• Items updated annually: Annual detailed financial statements, the number of employees, and officer names.
