I am not sure if I purchased a ticket or made a reservation. I don't want to make a duplicate booking. What do I do?

Please contact the customer service department of your travel provider. They should be able to tell you if a booking was already made in your name. For example, if you were in the process of booking a flight ticket on JetBlue.com, please contact the JetBlue customer service department to verify the status of your transaction.
