If you cannot verify your Security Question, you will be unable to receive a password if you:
- Have not provided an alternate email address or mobile phone associated with your account
- No longer have access to the alternate email address or mobile phone associated with your account
If you cannot verify your Security Question, it cannot be changed to something else.
We strongly suggest users add and verify an active alternate email address or mobile phone for their account.
