Getting the mobile software from your computer to your device:
- iPhone and iPad software:
- When you initiate a mobile download Apple iTunes will launch and the app will be downloaded to iTunes. (If you have not installed iTunes, you will be prompted to do so by your computer.)
- You can install the downloaded app onto your Apple mobile device the next time you sync it with iTunes.
- Android:
- Android apps cannot be downloaded to your desktop computer.
- You will need to either open the download page on your Android device using the URL provided on the download page.
- Or you will need to use the camera on your Android device with the QR code on the download page.
- Other devices:
- For other devices consult your user manual to determine how to install the app onto your device.
