I made an arrangement with the seller but I haven't received the item. What should I do?

While Yahoo! is not in a position to investigate claims of non-shipment for you or file a complaint on your behalf, we do want to do everything we can to make your Yahoo! Classifieds experience a positive one. Unfortunately, we don't have any additional information regarding the shipment status of your item. This information must be obtained from the seller.

If the seller is unresponsive to your inquiries within a reasonable amount of time, particularly after receiving your payment, you may wish to consider your options. If you think you may be a victim of fraud, you can contact your local postal inspector and/or the Federal Trade Commission.

It may also be appropriate to contact your local law enforcement officials (through a non-emergency number).
