To download a file to your computer, click the file name in the briefcase you are viewing. In Windows you are prompted with a "Save As" box asking you to choose the location on your computer where you would like to save the file (this box defaults to your desktop). After they are saved, you can find the file on your computer and open it in the appropriate application.
