What do I do with all the bookmarks I already have?

Yahoo! Bookmarks
When you download the Yahoo! Toolbar, you will see the new Bookmarks button. When you click this button, your previously saved Yahoo! Bookmarks will be imported automatically into the new Yahoo! Bookmarks.

Browser Bookmarks
We recommend that you import any browser bookmarks to Yahoo! Bookmarks as well. You can automatically import bookmarks from Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari browsers at any time by clicking the Tools button in Yahoo! Bookmarks.
