If you click on your bracket name from any location within the Second Chance Tournament Pick'em game, you will link through to your actual bracket. From that page, you can click on the "Edit Bracket Info" link in the top navigation.

On the Edit Bracket Info page, type in a new name within the "Enter Bracket Name" field and then click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of that page.
