You can make and change your picks as often as you like, but your final picks for every round must be submitted by the scheduled tip-off time of the first game in the 2009 tournament on Thursday, March 19.
Note that the "play-in" game (scheduled for Tuesday, March 17) is not counted in Yahoo! Sports Tournament Pick'em.
