There is no limit to the number or types of leagues you are allowed to create or join. An entire league of up to 20 teams may be purchased for $124.99.

You may also create as many individual teams as you would like. Your first team costs $24.99; each additional team purchased will be discounted to "half-off" and will only cost you $12.50.
