By participating in [proeprty_baseball_plus/] Public Leagues, you agree that Yahoo! Sports will serve as the final decision making authority on all issues, including but not limited to protested player trades, reports of collusion between coaches, allegations of cheating, and any action that may violate the game rules, guidelines, or applicable Terms of Service.

The level of Yahoo! Sports involvement in Custom League matters will vary based on the league settings established by the commissioner for that league.

You also agree that all decisions are final, irreversible, and made in the sole discretion of Yahoo! Sports. Yahoo! Sports retains the right to make changes to the game and rules as necessary, investigate claims of impropriety, and otherwise administer the game.

Any user that appears to have been involved in cheating, collusion, or a violation of the rules or TOS may be deemed ineligible for a prize, removed from the game, and have their Yahoo! ID and account deactivated.
