Any Custom League commissioner has the ability to edit the roster of every team in his or her league.
Lineup changes made using the commissioner tools will apply to the following day (or week in a Weekly roster move league). It is not possible to make day-of-game changes using the commissioner tools.
Managers do not have the option of allowing or denying commissioner control. The commissioner may edit the lineup of all teams regardless of manager preference. This allows commissioners to effectively administer to their leagues when managers become dormant or are locked from editing lineups by the commissioner.
As a commissioner, you can edit another team's roster by going to your Commissioner Tools page and choosing the Edit Rosters option. Once there, select the team you wish to alter and the type of transaction from the pull-down boxes. You will then be presented with options that will allow you to make the desired move(s).
Since you can only control one team at a time, you will need to return to this page and follow the same procedure each time you wish to control another team.
