If, at the end of the regular season, two or more teams in a Head-to-Head League finish tied in the standings (based on a Games Behind calculation), the following system will be used to break the tie and determine playoff seedings:
- Overall winning percentage.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 23.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 22.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 21.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 20.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 19.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 18.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 17.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 16.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 15.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 14.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 13.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 12.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 11.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 10.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 9.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 8.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 7.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 6.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 5.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 4.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 3.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 2.
- Highest winning percentage in Week 1.
- Random "coin flip."
In the event that a playoff game ends in a tie, the deadlock will be broken using the following system:
- Lowest team ERA
- Highest team AVG
- Lowest team WHIP
- Most team HR (batters)
- Most team Wins
- Most team RBI
- Most team Saves
- Most team Runs (batters)
- Most team Strikeouts (pitchers)
- Most team SB
- Random "coin flip."
Rotisserie: If, at the end of the season, two or more teams in a Rotisserie League finish tied in the standings, the following system will be used to break the tie:
- Higher ranking in ERA.
- Higher ranking in AVG.
- Higher ranking in WHIP.
- Higher ranking in HR (batters).
- Higher ranking in Wins.
- Higher ranking in RBI.
- Higher ranking in Saves.
- Higher ranking in Runs (batters).
- Higher ranking in Strikeouts (pitchers).
- Higher ranking in SB.
Fantasy Points: If, at the end of the season, two or more teams in a Fantasy Point League finish tied in the standings, the following system will be used to break the tie:
- Most fantasy points for HR (batters).
- Most fantasy points for Wins.
- Most fantasy points for RBI.
- Most fantasy points for Saves.
- Most fantasy points for Runs (batters).
- Most fantasy points for Strikeouts (pitchers).
- Most fantasy points for SB.
Notes:
- The first category for any of the above systems that is not tied will settle the tiebreaker. So, tiebreaker No. 2 (Highest AVG., for instance) will be used only if tiebreaker No. 1 (Lowest ERA) is tied.
- In a Custom League the same tiebreakers apply. If a category above is not used in your league, please skip it and move on to the next criteria. So, if your league does not use ERA, then the first scoring category used to settle the tie will be team AVG.
- It is not possible to deviate from the tie-breaking methods set forth above. Commissioners of Custom Leagues cannot implement their own tiebreakers.
