Please consider the following when creating a league and inviting members:

• It is not possible for the commissioner to create all the teams in a Custom League and later assign them to different Yahoo! accounts.
• Each manager must join your league using his/her personal Yahoo! ID. Since each Yahoo! account can create only four teams, it would not be possible for the commissioner to create all the teams.
• Yahoo! will not add teams to a Custom League, and it is not possible to modify a Custom League so that Public League entries are placed in that league.
• Custom Leagues will draft with as few as four teams present in the league. If you have created a league and set a limit of 12 teams, there is no guarantee that 12 teams will join your league. That is simply the maximum number of teams that will be allowed to join your league.

If you are creating a Custom League, it is best to do so only when you have a group of interested participants who are ready to join your league.

There are two ways for managers to find your league:

• League Invitations: After you have created your league, you may click "Commissioner Tools" and then "Invite Managers" to send invitations. You then enter the email address for each potential manager, and Yahoo! will send an email that includes the league ID number, password, and your personal note.
• Available Leagues List: Again using the Commissioner Tools, you may select the option to "Publish" your league. If you select this option, your league will be added to the list of available leagues that managers may browse.
  
  Using this option does not make your league a Public League, and there is no guarantee that your league will fill if published.
