What control do I have over teams in my league?

The commissioner may use the commissioner tools to edit the lineups of all teams that join a Custom League. This includes adding/dropping players and moving players between bench and active positions.

All changes made using the commissioner tools will apply to games played the following day, unless your league allows weekly roster moves only. It is not possible for the commissioner to make day-of-game lineup changes using the commissioner tools. Similarly, it is not possible for the commissioner to edit lineups retroactively.

The commissioner may remove any team from the league and even ban that manager from rejoining, provided the league has not conducted its draft. Once the draft has been completed, it is not possible to remove teams.

Commissioners may edit the total number of transactions recorded for a team. This is useful in the event the commissioner edits a team roster to undo a transaction and does not wish the nullified move to count against a league transaction maximum.

The commissioner may lock any team from taking certain league actions, such as: Posting on the Message Board, making trades, adding/dropping players, making roster changes, editing their team name, and emailing other managers from the Email League page.

The commissioner cannot reassign dormant teams to a new user. However, if a manager in your league has stopped playing, you may control their team using the commissioner tools described above.
