Many features of Yahoo! Avatars are customizable and can be changed at any time, including the avatar's gender.
You can change your avatar’s gender from male to female or vice versa.
To choose your avatar's gender:
- Go to the Yahoo! Avatars homepage.
- Click Preferences (located under the Web Search button).
The Preferences page appears.
- Click Change.
The Are you sure you want to switch gender? page appears.
In this example, the current avatar is female and you are switching to male. - Click Switch Gender to Male.
Your male avatar appears in the Previewing Changes window.
- Click Save Changes.
