To find the seller's email address after the auction has closed:

1. Click "My Auctions" from the front page of Yahoo! Auctions.
2. Under "Won," locate the auction that you won and click the auction title. Scroll to the bottom of this page to locate the seller's email address.

If the seller has changed or canceled the email address and not yet updated this information in our system, you might have difficulties contacting the seller. As an alternative, you might want to try leaving feedback for the seller, explaining that you are experiencing trouble with the email address and instructing the seller to contact you. You might also try adding "@yahoo.com" to the end of the seller's Yahoo! ID or look for an email address in the About Me section of the seller's Auctions Profile or Yahoo! Profiles.

The seller is ultimately responsible for contacting the buyer to arrange for payment and shipping of the item. The auction winner should also feel free to contact the seller at any time. Sellers and buyers are completely responsible for working out the sale and exchange of goods. Yahoo! does not participate in, nor is it a party to, auction transactions.
