Copy contact information from your Yahoo! Address Book to Palm Desktop. You can either copy your entire Yahoo! Address Book, or just a few contacts.

To export your entire Yahoo! Address Book:

1. Open your Yahoo! Address Book and click "Import/Export" in the upper-right corner.
2. Under "Export", click "Export Now" next to the phrase "vCard, Single .vcf File". This puts your entire Yahoo! Address Book into one file. If you'd like to export only a few Yahoo! Address Book entries, see "For only a few select entries" below.
3. A dialog window opens and gives you the option to save your Yahoo! Address Book to disk as a .vcf file. Click "Save to Disk".
4. Click "OK". The .vcf file will be saved to your desktop.

For only a few select entries:

1. Under "Export", click "Export Now" next to the phrase "vCard, Zip of .vcf files".
2. A dialog window opens and gives you the option to save your Yahoo! Address Book to disk as a .zip file. Click "Save to Disk".
3. Click "OK". The .zip file will be saved to your desktop.

Next, import your file into Palm Desktop:

1. Open Palm Desktop version 2.0 or greater.
2. Go to the Contacts view.
3. From the File menu, select "Import."
4. And…
• If you wanted to import your entire Yahoo! Address Book, find the .vcf file you exported from Yahoo! and choose "Open." That's it! You're done.
• If you wanted to import only a few Yahoo! contacts, then close the Import window.
5. On your desktop, find the .zip file you saved, and open it by double-clicking it.
6. Drag the individual contacts you'd like to add to Palm from the open .zip file window onto your desktop.
7. Back in Palm Desktop, open the File menu and select "Import".
8. Now find the individual .vcf files you dragged out of the .zip file, and click "Open". Each time you do this, one contact – one .vcf file – is added to your Palm Desktop address book.

Remember to HotSync your Palm device with Palm Desktop after you have imported the Yahoo! Address Book information.
