Click "Import/Export" in the upper-right corner of your Address Book.
On the page that opens, you'll find instructions for importing to and exporting from one of the following platforms:
- Outlook 2002 (XP) or 2003
- Outlook 97, 98, or 2000
- Outlook Express
- Palm Desktop 2.0 or higher (using vCard)
- Netscape/Thunderbird Address Book
