How do I limit synchronizing records to a specific date range, or include past dates in the sync?
Here’s how:
- Open the Autosync menu.
- Click Advanced Settings, then select the “Calendar” section and click Setup.
- Click Next.
- Here are the possible Calendar transfer parameters:
- Transfer All Scheduled Items: Transfers all records, past included.
- Transfer only Future Items: (default) Transfers records with a start date that occurs on or after the date synchronization occurs.
- Transfer Items within a Range of Days: Transfers records that start within the specified number of days prior and after the date on which the synchronization occurs.
