Here’s how:

Palm Device and Palm Desktop:

1. Open Palm Desktop.
2. Click on "Date Book."
3. Select the "File | Export" menu item.
4. Save the .DBA file in a safe location.
5. Repeat export for Address Book (.ABA file), To Do List (.TDA file), and Memos (.MPA file).

Microsoft Outlook:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Select the "File | Export" menu item.
3. Select "Export to a File" and press "Next."
4. Select "Personal Folders File (.PST)" and press "Next."
5. Select the folders you wish to export—Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, and Notes.
6. Follow the remaining instructions to save the .PST file in a safe location.
