What is moblogging (mobile blogging)?
Please note: We are aware of an issue with the moblog feature. We are working on the problem and do not have a date as to when it will be fixed.
Mobile blogging, often shortened to "moblogging," means you can make blog entries with photos directly from your mobile phone or other wireless device. You can easily take a picture with your camera phone and email it directly to your Yahoo! 360° blog where your friends can see it almost instantly!
How to Moblog:
Before you moblog for the first time, you need to register your phone with Yahoo! Mobile. To do this, go to the My Blog page, then click the "Learn About Moblogging" link at the left.
After you're set up, you can moblog in a few steps:
- Take a picture with your camera phone or other device.
- Then send the photo as an email to your_yahoo_ID@blogs.yahoo.com. For example, if your Yahoo! ID is "360john," then send your photo to "360john@blogs.yahoo.com."
- You can also add a title and text in the email so that a complete entry appears on your blog without using your computer. Or you might want to send just the photo, then edit the title and text entry directly in Yahoo! 360°. That may be easier than typing on your phone.
