Adding, deleting, or renaming a page |
With Verizon Yahoo!, you can place your favorite modules on different pages that you build and name. You can create up to six pages. On each one, you can select the modules that appear and the order in which they appear. For example, you might make your "Front Page" display the news and weather but create a second "Entertainment" page that displays TV and movie listings.
Adding a Page:
You can get your new page started by telling us which categories of content you're interested in, or you can build your own page from scratch. When you're finished, you'll see your new page displayed in the pull-down menu on the right side of the personalization bar near the top of your Verizon Yahoo! page.
After you add a page, you can add, remove, or rearrange the content any way you want. You can delete it too. It's your page.
What if the "Add Page" button is inactive?: If you already have six pages, you won't be able to add any more. After you delete one of these pages, the button will become active again.
Deleting a Page
If you have more than one Verizon Yahoo! page, you can delete one of these pages.
To delete a page:
Warning: Once you delete a page, your personalized settings for that page are gone for good. If you want to get the page back, you'll have to recreate it from scratch.
Renaming a Page
You can choose a name for each of your Verizon Yahoo! pages. For example, if you added a page and put TV listings, CD releases, and movie listings on it, you could call it "Fun Stuff."
