Introducing the New Verizon Home Page

We've made changes to the Verizon Home Page to make your online experience better than ever!

The new home page delivers the latest content organized by categories with easier navigation. It consolidates service-related information and showcases exclusive entertainment and features available only from Verizon Yahoo! services. The design puts all the most important information top-and-center.

This page answers some of the more frequently asked questions:

Where can I go to provide feedback?

Links to feedback pages will be available on the home page in the footer and when you leave. At any time, you can give feedback by clicking this link: Give Feedback

When can I get the New Home Page?

The new home page is live now! The URL is beta.home.verizon.yahoo.com.

How can I get back to my previous home page from the new site?

We are retiring the previous home page. The new beta.home.verizon.yahoo.com replaces all previous versions. The new, easy-to-use design provides most of the features and content you're familiar with. Please note the following changes to the content:

  • Customization, including choice of colors, themes and layout changes, is not available.
  • Adding or selecting content modules is not supported.
  • Careers and Message Boards are not available.
  • Your calendar is not accessible from the verizon.yahoo.com homepage. As always, your calendar can be accessed from beta.home.verizon.yahoo.com.
  • The home page no longer gives you a way to get to the bookmarks or favorites that you saved in the bookmark module of the previous version. You can still access your saved bookmarks at bookmarks.yahoo.com or through the Verizon Yahoo! Toolbar.  From our verizon.yahoo.com toolbar, add the bookmark app, and you can access saved bookmarks from that app. Note that this change refers to bookmarks saved online; in your browser, bookmarks or favorites remain as they are.
  • My Gallery is not available. View your photos where you have stored them: Facebook, Photobucket, Flickr, and other services.
  • Clicking on More will take you to the web directory. This directory shows the categories that Verizon currently offers.

Will I need to update my home page setting?

The beta.home.verizon.yahoo.com URL is the address of our home page. Please update your bookmarks as necessary and use beta.home.verizon.yahoo.com as your browser home page.

Is the new beta.home.verizon.yahoo.com available on mobile?

Will using the New Home Page cause my service or pricing to change?

No. There is no change to your Verizon Internet Service, access, or price because of the new home page.

Will I still need to sign in to access the site?

Yes, you will still need to sign in to access your email and any information that is specific or unique to your account.

Will I keep my current ID and email address or addresses?

Will there be any changes to my email?

No. The new home page does not change to your Verizon email IDs or message content.

How will I access email from the Home Page?

You can access beta.home.verizon.yahoo.com webmail from the email icon located in the top right area of the new home page. Email is also accessible by selecting the Mail icon located upper-right of the page. This area displays your most recent messages. The main home page module also has a link to webmail. If you have new messages since your last visit to your Inbox, the number of new messages will hover over the icon. Please note that this indicator will not show the total number of unread messages.
