To upgrade or downgrade your AT&T Yahoo! Merchant Solutions account:

1. Sign in at http://smallbusiness.att.yahoo.com/services
2. Click the "Change My Plan" link.
3. Select the package you wish to upgrade/downgrade to and then click the "Change Plan" or "Upgrade" button. If you are downgrading, click on the "Choose a different plan" link to view more services that are available to you.
4. Proceed through the remainder of the ordering process to switch services.

Note: Please be aware that you are actually switching your existing service plan. Some services that you currently enjoy may be unavailable to you depending on the service plan selected. Please make sure to carefully read the plan descriptions for each service option.
