Past due status occurs when Yahoo! is unable to successfully charge the credit card on file.
You can remove the past due status by updating your billing information in your Yahoo! Wallet. It is important to keep your Yahoo! Wallet current to prevent your services from being interrupted.
If your account is suspended, it may take 24 to 36 hours to reactivate the account once we successfully charge your card for past due fees.
