How can I view my billing history?

AT&T Yahoo! Merchant Solutions and Yahoo! Store merchants can view Billing History (fees) from the Account Info page accessible from the Store Manager.

To view your fees:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Store Manager.
  3. Click the "Account Info" link (see A figure 1).

4. Click the "View Billing History" button (see A figure 2).

5. Review the fees for your account (see figure 3):
  • Merchant Solutions—you will see listings for your Y!Store Transaction Rev Share for each month. For each entry you can view an HTML page with details or view a CSV file (see below).
  • Yahoo! Store—you will see listings for Hosting fees, Item fee and Y!Store Transaction Rev Share for each month. For each entry you can view an HTML page with details or view a CSV file (see below).

Each Billing period offers two ways to view transactions upon which your transaction fees are calculated. The HTML view offers the most up-to-date view as order data is displayed in real-time and also displays more data about each order. You can also download a CSV file that uses the original order data, though this data may be outdated if you recently marked an order as fraudulent, cancelled, or returned.

  • HTML: Displays the following data for the Billing period selected: Order number, Customer Name, City, State, and Country, Number of Items, Subtotal, Date, Order Status (OK, Pending Review,etc...), Percent Shipped, Pay Method selected by the buyer (Visa, PayPal, Purchase Order, etc ...) and Rev Share (the transaction fees associated with the order*). The HTML view uses real-time order data for the orders involved in the billing period and order data is not at the time of financial transaction.
  • CSV: Opens a CSV file which lists the following data for the Billing period selected: Order number, Date, Number of Items, Order Status (OK, Pending Review,etc...), Subtotal, and Pay Method selected by the buyer (Visa, PayPal, Purchase Order, etc ...). The CSV file uses the original order data for the orders involved in the billing period and order data is not at the time of financial transaction.

*Note: Revenue Share is a new column added to the HTML view of your Billing History. Orders completed prior to April 2007 will show as "Not Available". Orders completed in April 2007 and on will show the transaction fees currently calculated for each order. Marking orders as fraudulent, cancelled, or returned will update the amounts shown in the adjustment billing history detail list. If you have received a full discount on your transaction fee you will see $0, if you received a transaction fee then the charge amount will display after transaction fees are processed.

To view your monthly Merchant Solutions charges:

  • Go to billing.yahoo.com and sign in with your AT&T Yahoo! ID. You can review your payment schedule as well as your payment history.

To view your Yahoo! Product Submit fees:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Store Manager.
  3. Click the Yahoo! Shopping link in the Promote column.
  4. Click the "Reports" tab.
  5. Click the "Spend Report" link to view a listing of your clicks and their cost.
