In the context of Yahoo! Small Business, account generally refers to a combination of a user name and password that authorizes access to a set of features. An email account, for example, is a password-protected repository for email that includes an inbox and one or more unique email addresses. A user account is a user name/password combination that you will need to set up password protection for your site or site folders.

Also called administrator, the administrative contact is the individual authorized to interact with the designated domain name registrar on behalf of the registrant specified in the WHOIS record. Learn more about your domain.
administrator
Administrator can mean two things. The administrator of a Business Mail plan can create, edit, and delete email addresses (excluding the owner's primary email address), as well as assign administrative privileges to other email users. If you're a Business Mail owner, you can make any of your email users who have AT&T Yahoo! IDs an administrator by visiting your Email Control Panel, clicking "Edit User," then selecting the "Make this user an administrator" checkbox.

An alias is an additional email address, such as info@learn2yoga.com or help@my-company-name.com, that you can create for existing Business Mail users. An author of a FrontPage directory is a user who has been granted permission to publish files in that directory.
