To cancel your Yahoo! Small Business plan:

1. Visit your Business Control Panel. (If you haven't signed in to your account already, you'll be asked to do so here.)
2. Click the "Cancel Plan" link under the plan you want to cancel.
3. Follow the instructions to cancel your plan.

Note: To cancel a Yahoo! Store account (Legacy Store before 09/2003), please call 866-800-8092 anytime from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST.

Please note that your account will move to a dormant state when you cancel your plan. After you cancel, you will no longer be able to access your web site files, emails, control panels, and any other tools provided with your plan.

We strongly recommend saving copies of all of your files, including your web pages, emails, and catalog, to your own computer before you cancel.
