How can I add an attachment to a message?

You can send all types of files as attachments, including word processing or spreadsheet documents, audio files, image files (.bmp, .jpg., .gif), web pages saved as HTML files, and more. Currently you can send an email of up to 20MB, including up to 10 attachments. (Note that you must use Internet Explorer 5.x or Netscape 4.x to send attachments.)

If you're using the original Yahoo Mail interface, here's how to add an attachment to a message:

    1. Sign in to your AT&T Yahoo Business Email account, click "Compose," and begin composing a message.

    2. Click the "Attach Files" button (located just below the Subject box) to open the attachment window.

    3. Click the "Browse" button to select a file you'd like to attach.

    4. A window will open in which you can search for the file you wish to attach. When you find it, click "Open."

    5. Repeat to attach additional files.

    6. When you have selected your file(s), click the "Attach Files" button to attach the file(s) to your message.

    7. Yahoo will automatically scan your file(s) for viruses. When the scan is complete, click "Done."

Once the files are attached, you can address, compose, and send the message as you normally would. To remove an attachment, click the "Remove" link next to the attachment's file name.
