    Why is my password rejected when I try to check mail using my email client?

    If you receive the following error message, you may be entering an incorrect password.

    Error Message:
    There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'pop.bizmail.yahoo.com', Server: 'pop.bizmail.yahoo.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Error logging in. Please visit http://mail.yahoo.com', Port: 110, Secure (SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

    To test that you have the correct password entered in your email client, try to sign in to your AT&T Yahoo Business Email account by visiting http://mail.[your domain name] (like this: http://mail.widgetdesigns.com) and entering your AT&T Yahoo ID and password. If you receive an "Invalid Password" error, make sure you have entered your password correctly (check that your Caps Lock key is set correctly — passwords are case sensitive). If it still doesn't work, you will need to change your password. Once you change your password, please return to your email client and make the appropriate changes.
