There's no limit to how many messages you can archive. To archive your messages:
- Sign in to your account at http://mail.yourdomain.com/ (be sure to replace "yourdomain.com" with your domain name).
- Click the "Mail Options" link in the upper-right corner of the page, then select "Archive Messages."
- From the Archive Messages page, use the "Folder" pull-down menu to choose which folder you want to archive.
- Choose a date constraint using the "Date" pull-down menus.
- Click "Continue" to see an estimate of your archive size and download time. Please note: Archive time depends on the number of messages in your folder.
- Click "Download Archive" to download a .zip file (a compacted archive of your folder) to your computer, or choose "Save to Yahoo! Briefcase" to save your archive online.
- To view the contents of the .zip file, you'll need to open, or "unzip," it using a compression utility such as WinZip.
Note: You can take advantage of our archiving feature only via the Yahoo! interface. If you're a POP-only user, you can download and save your messages using your own POP-enabled mail program.
